We are pleased that you are considering using our professional selling services. The following will explain how our program will work for you.
When you bring your vehicle to RennSport Motors, we will appraise your car and provide advice regarding the current market conditions and other factors to help you decide on the best “asking” price. Remember, is it our objective to maximize the selling price – it is in both your best interest and ours.
When the consignment agreement is signed, there is a $175.00 listing fee which will cover a portion of the cost of advertising and marketing the car. When the vehicle is sold, our commission is 5-10% of the sales, depending on the value of the car.
We maintain a complete file on each vehicle which allows us to present them completely and honestly to the prospective buyer. In order to conduct the transaction when a prospective buyer is ready to buy, we require the following at the time the vehicle is offered for sale:
1) A copy of the vehicle’s Title
We will present you with all offers. Once you and the buyer have agreed on a selling price, we will proceed with closing the sale. Unless the buyer is paying cash, it typically will take a couple of days to arrange financing and insurance. Once full payment has been received, we will make arrangements to provide us with the signed title so that you can receive your check.
We will handle all the necessary paperwork for you and the buyer and arrange shipping if required.
